Ridgewood is an award-winning Medicare-certified skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care center. We are dedicated to providing world-class rehabilitation and long-term care, and are devoted to memory care. We strive to improve our residents’ quality of life and personal well-being. That’s why providing “Dignity In Life” is our mission and our passion.
We are located in a newly renovated building, in a peaceful neighborhood directly north of Seward Public High School. Seward, known as the 4th of July capital, is a warm community with much religious and spiritual involvement and support.
